Installation timeline
- Site survey: we measure rooms and check ledge and piping routes (about 30 minutes).
- Quote and brand choice: you confirm the package.
- Booking: installation is usually 3 to 7 days after you confirm the quote.
- Installation day: piping, trunking, mounting and testing, usually one day.
- Handover: we explain the remote and register your warranty.
Plan it with your renovation
- Install aircon piping before painting and false-ceiling work.
- Agree trunking routes with your ID or contractor.
- Leave a power point near each indoor unit.
New condo owners
- Report aircon defects to the developer within the defects liability period, usually 12 months from key collection.
- Start 3-monthly servicing once the system is in use, and keep the receipts for the warranty.
