How a visit works

- Test and pay. We run each unit with you, then you pay by PayNow or card. You get a service record on WhatsApp.
Before we arrive
- Clear a path to each indoor unit and move furniture or items directly below it.
- Make sure the outdoor unit or aircon ledge window can be opened.
- Note any error codes or problems so the technician can check them.
- Keep pets in another room while we work.
Maintenance afterwards
Service new systems every 3 months and keep the receipts. Many brands require proof of servicing for compressor warranty claims.
