How a visit works

- Note any error codes or problems so the technician can check them.
- Keep pets in another room while we work.

How do I know if my aircon needs gas?
Weak cooling, ice on the pipes and a constantly running compressor are common signs. We confirm with a pressure test before topping up.
Does gas run out on its own?
No. The system is sealed, so low gas means a leak. We check for it so the problem does not return.
Which gas does my aircon use?
Most newer systems use R32 or R410A; older ones use R22. It is printed on the outdoor unit label.
Why is R22 more expensive?
R22 is an older refrigerant being phased out, so it is scarcer. Units that still use it are usually due for replacement.
