Before we arrive
- Let your guardhouse know we are coming, or register us as your visitor. Share the block and unit number when you book.
- Routine servicing is normally allowed during your condo's working hours. Installation and replacement may need management office approval and lift protection; we can help with the paperwork.
- Condensers on the aircon ledge are serviced from inside your unit through the window. You never need to arrange outside access.
- Parking: we use visitor lots where available. Tell us if your condo has special rules.
